Resolución General Nº5474 - Modificación en la norma para el despacho a plaza

El viernes pasado con la entrada en vigencia del DNU se modificaron ciertos procedimientos. Para ello, la AFIP emitió una serie de resoluciones. A continuación, el análisis de la Res. Gral. Nº5474/2023.

El día viernes se publicó en el Boletín Oficial la Resolución General Nº5474/2023 en la misma se deroga la Resolución Nº 2.439 (ANA) y su modificatorias. De esta manera, se introducen cambios en lo que respecta al despacho a plaza de mercadería.
¿Cuándo entra en vigencia la norma nueva?
Desde su publicación en el Boletín Oficial, es decir desde el viernes 29 de diciembre de 2023.
¿Qué se deroga?
Se deroga la Resolución Nº 2.439 (ANA) y su modificatorias.
¿Qué cambios se introduce en la condiciones generales?
A continuación comparamos ambas normativas, en primer lugar la que se deroga y en la segunda columna la nueva.
