Modificaciones en la consulta a la Cuenta Corriente Única de Comercio Exterior Entidades para la validación de operaciones, según el punto 1, 2 y 3 de la Comunicación A 7622.

En una Comunicación muy breve el Banco Central establece que de ahora en adelante para dar acceso al mercado según lo establecido en el punto 1, 2 y 3 de la Comunicación A 7622 las entidades financieras deberán contar con la validación de la Cuenta Corriente Única de Comercio Exterior realizada ese mismo día o el día previo al que se solicita el acceso.
Según detalla la misma:
Reemplazar los últimos párrafos de los puntos 1., 2. y 3. de la Comunicación “A” 7622 por el siguiente:
“Adicionalmente, al momento de dar acceso al mercado de cambios, la entidad deberá contar con una convalidación de la operación en el sistema informático “Cuenta Corriente Única de Comercio Exterior” implementado por la AFIP, generada en el mismo día o en el día hábil previo.”
Hasta ahora las Entidades Financieras debían realizar la consulta en la Cuenta Corriente Única de Comercio Exterior (CCUCE) el mismo día en el que se iba a dar acceso al mercado para el pago de las operaciones encuadradas en dichos puntos.
La normativa entra en vigencia desde el día 23/10/2023. Adjunta se encuentra la misma.
