Mediante la Resolución Nº 138/2023 se brindaron los requisitos que deben cumplir los sujetos que deseen participar del Programa de Incremento Exportador, para acceder al dólar especial de $300.-

En la Resolución Nº138 emitida por la Secretaría de Agricultura, Ganadería y Pesca, dependiente del Ministerio de Economía se establecen los requisitos de elegibilidad para los sujetos que se adhieran al PROGRAMA DE INCREMENTO EXPORTADOR para las ECONOMÍAS REGIONALES los siguientes:
Exportar las mercaderías cuyas posiciones arancelarias de la Nomenclatura Común del MERCOSUR (N.C.M.) se consignan en el Anexo de la resolución en cuestión.
Haber exportado en algún momento de los DIECIOCHO (18) meses inmediatos anteriores a la entrada en vigencia del Decreto N° 194 de fecha 9 de abril de 2023 mercaderías cuyas posiciones arancelarias de la Nomenclatura Común del MERCOSUR (N.C.M.) se consignan en el citado Anexo.
Asumir el compromiso de mantener o incrementar durante la vigencia del PROGRAMA DE INCREMENTO EXPORTADOR la cantidad de puestos de trabajo registrados bajo su dependencia, al momento de la entrada en vigencia del mencionado Decreto N° 194/23
Asumir el compromiso de abastecer el mercado local con las mercaderías consignadas en el mencionado Anexo, debiendo mantener o incrementar los volúmenes de abastecimiento que registrare en los DIECIOCHO (18) meses anteriores a la vigencia del referido Decreto N° 194/23.
Cumplir los acuerdos de precios para el mercado local que al respecto establezca la SECRETARÍA DE COMERCIO del MINISTERIO DE ECONOMÍA.
