Pagos a cuenta del Impuesto País

Mediante la Resolución Nº5559/2024 se modifica la norma, para que el pago a cuenta quede en línea con la nueva alícuota.

En el día de hoy se publicó la Resolución de la AFIP que adecua el pago a cuenta a la reducción del Impuesto País.
¿Qué dice la norma?
Sustituir el artículo 5º de la Resolución General N° 5.393, su modificatoria y su complementaria, por el siguiente:
“ARTÍCULO 5°.- El monto del pago a cuenta se determinará aplicando las siguientes alícuotas, conforme el tipo de operación de que se trate:
a) Operaciones del inciso b) del artículo 13 bis del Decreto N° 99/19 y sus modificatorios: VEINTIOCHO COMA CINCUENTA POR CIENTO (28,50%).
b) Operaciones del inciso e) del artículo 13 bis del Decreto N° 99/19 y sus modificatorios: SIETE COMA CIENTO VEINTICINCO POR CIENTO (7,125%).
Cuando se trate de operaciones de importación para consumo de mercadería previamente importada bajo una destinación suspensiva de importación temporaria conforme el régimen del Decreto N° 1.330 del 30 de septiembre de 2004 y sus modificatorios o del Decreto N° 688 del 26 de abril de 2002 y sus modificatorios, este Organismo percibirá el CIEN POR CIENTO (100%) del impuesto que corresponda. La mencionada percepción deberá hacerse efectiva al momento del registro de la correspondiente solicitud de destinación definitiva de importación para consumo.”.
¿Qué implica?
Desde hoy al momento de nacionalizar, es decir, de emitir el registro de ingreso aduanero se llevará adelante el pago a cuenta del 95% del 7,5% del valor FOB. De esta manera, el impacto será del 7,125%.
También es importante remarcar que, en el caso de los Bienes Suntuarios, no hay cambios ni en la alícuota ni en los pagos a cuenta.
